From helping to manage treatment side-effects to regaining strength, flexibility, poise and potentially reducing the risk of cancer recurrence by up to 50%. Exercise is a must in cancer recovery.

Supporting Your
Emotional Well-being

Reconnecting with your changed or changing body with compassion and gentleness, as well as learning strategies to deal with the stresses of life in a healthy way are key components of the Gentle Recovery Concept. Here to support and nurture your whole being.

Cancer Exercise
Guidelines

The current US (The American Cancer Society) and UK (NHS) exercise guidelines for people affected by cancer are 150-320 minutes per week of moderate exercise. Gentle Recovery can support you to achieve these targets and so much more!
