I was so happy to find this amazing online course, 3 years after my mastectomy and LAT Flap reconstruction. I was still experiencing tightness and restricted movement on the side of my surgery and I didn’t know how to safely stretch and exercise. India’s LAT Flap modification video helped me to understand my surgery better and how to adapt exercises for this type of reconstruction.
